Faircom New York (FNY) is a full-service fundraising and marketing agency headquartered in Manhattan’s vibrant Flatiron district. We partner with national and international nonprofits to strategize and execute highly effective fundraising campaigns.

FNY is looking for an Account Director of Digital Marketing to join our team in New York City. Working alongside Senior Account Director & Account Director of Digital Marketing, and VPs of Direct Mail and Global Philanthropy, the position will lead day to day client management, strategy, and analysis.

A love of philanthropic/humanitarian work and previous agency or nonprofit campaign management, execution and analysis experience required.

Responsibilities:

Build and lead fundraising program plans and budgets in partnership with clients and agency colleagues.
Develop and implement online direct response strategies to acquire, renew, upgrade, and cultivate donors through online channels.
Manage projects through entire lifecycle (strategy, content, results analysis and recommendations)
Respond to business development initiatives including developing and presenting proposals and onboarding of new clients.
Oversee and execute online advertising campaigns, including social media, Google Display Network, search ads, and Google Grants.
Track budget spend per campaign and manage billing process with billing team.
Create, manage and update production schedules of all clients, keeping clients’ campaigns on track.
Manage and grow day-to-day client relationships.
Respond to client inquiries and deadlines promptly.
Writing and reviewing fundraising copy across all digital fundraising platforms.
Create, manage, optimize and report on social media advertising campaigns in Facebook business manager.
Compile high-level reporting and present client results on a monthly, quarterly, mid-year and annual basis.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree is required.
Passion for humanitarian work.
Knowledge of the overall digital landscape.
Demonstrated interest in marketing technologies and fundraising best practices.
Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills.

Ability tomultitask and quickly shift from task to task.
Minimum 5 years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, social media advertising, CRM/email marketing software (such as Engaging Networks, Luminate, MailChimp, Constant Contact) and project management software either at a non-profit or within an agency.
Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple pressing priorities at once.
Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe, and other basic office programs.

Ability toprioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Not required, but a major plus:
Experience in integrated fundraising (direct mail + digital fundraising).
Comfortable with matrixes and query building.
Proficient understanding of the tool Tableau for reporting purposes.
Experience in Salesforce.
