ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Consistently contributes to the organization’s vision and mission statements and demonstrates the values of the organization.

• Answers multi-line phone system and directs calls.

• Receives, organizes, and files paperwork.

• Orders supplies and tracks inventory.

• Coordinates fleet services and cash handling.

• Coordinates services for the residential group homes (i.e. pest control, gardener).

• Assists with employee and resident appreciation.

• Coordinates organization’s special events, outings, and activities for residents and staff.

• Tracks and records activity calendars.

• Sends correspondence for executive staff.

• Solicits, receives, organizes and distributes in-kind donations received by the organization.

• Takes minutes for Board of Director Meetings and other meetings as needed.
MINIMUM

REQUIREMENTS:

All incumbents of this position must be able to perform the minimum requirements of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
KNOWLEDGE OF:

• Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Cash handling.

• STRTP & Mental Health provider policies and regulations

SKILLS:

• Interpersonal and conversational skills.

• Communicates clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.

• Works well with individuals of varying backgrounds.

• Display strong organizational skills.
ABILITY TO:

• Maintain a valid class C driver’s license.

• Maintain the State of California minimum driver’s insurance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent education and two years relevant work experience.
Preferred:  Associates of Arts Degree and one year of relevant work experience in a non-profit.
