Triggerise builds digital platforms that motivate users – primarily young women and adolescent girls – to make positive choices. The Job

The Education & Employability Advisor will be responsible for guiding Triggerise’s ongoing expansion into education and employability . You will also be responsible for:

Program design and the introduction of new business opportunities.

Deciding on key principles of the E&E user journey, including applying insights from behavioural economics.

Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning (MERL) including determining key performance indicators and research methods to track E&E component performance

Providing technical direction to E&E staff in our priority markets.

About You

Good knowledge of the latest scientific evidence and behavioural insights in education and employability

Analytical and problem solving skills

Able to work comfortably in a matrix with diverse actors


Extensive experience providing technical advice on and executing implementation of E&E programmes in emerging markets with demonstrated results

Advanced degree in social sciences

Exposure to education systems and labour markets, ideally with both public and private sector actors

The Rewards

At Triggerise we believe in being open, also when it comes to salaries. The salary brackets for this position, excluding benefits is KSH 230 000 – KSH 345 000 per month in Kenya, R41 000 – R62 000 per month in South Africa, €2 200 – €3 300 in Portugal and €3 360 – €5 000 in the Netherlands. We will offer you a salary in this bracket depending on your level of experience and how it relates to your future colleagues.
