We are always looking for an ambitious and motivated recent graduates to join our Sales team as a Lead Development Representative
This role could be the start of an incredible career journey in sales for you, and is an integral part of the continued success and growth of HRLocker across Ireland the UK and US. We are looking for exceptional sales talent that will play a key role in driving new business for our sales organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overachieving in a fast paced dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Ensure data-integrity through regular de-duplication and clean-up procedures.
Build a fantastic first impression to prospects through calling and emailing marketing leads.
Collaborate with the Sales Development, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success Teams and contribute their pipeline targets.
Become a HubSpot wizard through working leads, building accounts and contacts, and building reports.
Work with a multicultural team serving markets in the UK, Ireland and the US.
Learn everything you can about HRLocker and our Ideal Customer Persona to ensure success.
Contribute to our business development efforts and work with marketing lead generation efforts in list building and out reach
Advising our Customers on how to best use HRLocker to increase the productivity of their workforce taking compliance and work situations into consideration
Ideally degree level education or equivalent relevant experience
Exceptional IT skills with reference to Microsoft tools and social media understanding and its importance to business
Business experience (such as SaaS sales / business internship), and examples of being customer centric and curious.
A ‘self-starter’ commitment to overachieving and continuous adult development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in English and experience in working in an English speaking markets

Experience supporting customers in a B2B SaaS solution
Experience in a customer-facing role
An understanding of people management in a progressive HR Environment
Experience using HubSpot or other ticketing support software
Experience using SQL Server including Transact SQL, etc.
