Status: Full Time
Core Function:

Reporting to the Property Management Supervisor, responsible for concierge services, building access control and monitoring, patrolling of buildings, general security of buildings, responding to emergency and simple minor cleaning, and ensuring that the buildings are maintain in a safe, secure, clean, and attractive condition

Qualifications:

Completion of high school
Valid Ontario Security License
Related experience in condo concierge and security services
Proficient in the use of various information systems such as computer, cell phone and pager
Able to perform simple minor cleaning tasks
Good interpersonal skills. Experience working with seniors is an asset
Current First Aid/CPR (i.e., completed within one-year period) and WHMIS Certification
Must be able to work regular night shifts
Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese, plus
Relevant satisfactory work performance

Working Condition:

Shift work, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
Exposed to all tenant care elements through regular client contact
Exposed to chemicals, garbage, dust, heat, noise and humidity.
