We have an exciting opportunity for an E Grade Nurse (Band 5/6 equivalent) to join our Gynaecology Department, based at our main Hospital (London, W1G) with an inclusive salary range on offer of £38,906 – £43,590 per annum. Job Type: Permanent and full-time
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week (Days/Nights/Weekends)

Duties & Responsibilities
To take responsibility for individualised patient care acting as the named nurse, using the Roper Logan and Tierney model and documentation for the department.
To adopt a holistic, pro-active and dynamic approach to clients with General Surgical care needs.
To act as a role model and change agent for students and staff members by promoting innovation and high practice standards.
To promote partnership with patients in the care.
Skills & Experience
Registered General Nurse with valid NMC registration
To have a minimum of 2 years post registration experience in a Gynaecology Unit preferred
To have experience with Gynaecology, Hepatology or Thoracic patients.
To demonstrate high standards of Clinical Practice and to have effective Interpersonal and Organisational skills
