The IMDb Content team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to assist us as we embark on large and high profile cross org and cross company initiatives, including a localization program that involves interfacing with Amazon Alexa and Amazon Prime Video as well as multiple IMDb teams across multiple time zones and offices.

You should be analytical, customer focused, and adept at working independently in a fast-paced environment. You possess great technical knowledge and are comfortable working in close partnership with engineering teams to design and implement scalable, performant systems. You will have deep technical knowledge and design skills yourself, but you also know how to listen to and utilize the expertise within the engineering teams. You use this knowledge to make value-judgements grounded in the needs of our customers over the long-term. You have a proven track record in end to end delivery operating within a complex environment with multiple competing priorities and stakeholder groups.

  • A degree in Computer Science, a related field, or experience as a software engineer in lieu of degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive end to end large-scale, distributed software applications and services delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a high profile technical program management role.
  • Demonstrated ability of influencing senior leadership.
